CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment start time and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). You will be unable to book any future appointments until these fees are paid.
- If you have had a same-day cancellation in the past, you will be required to have a credit card on file for all future bookings.
- If you have no-showed in the past, you will be required to leave a deposit of the full service amount at time of booking for all future appointments. This deposit will go towards your scheduled service and will be forfeited should you no-show or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
- Once you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and no point of contact has been made, you will be considered a no-show.
LATE POLICY
In order to accomodate all clients, cancellation/late policies will be strictly enforced.
- If you are late to your appointment, your appointment will end at original scheduled end time in order to respect other clients and staff.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for a service, your service may have to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.
- Service changes will not be made in order to accommodate tardiness.

GIFT CARDS
- All gift cards are for a dollar amount, not a specific service.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
- Gift cards do not expire.
