APPOINTMENT POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you to ensure a personalized, unrushed experience.
To honor both my time and that of all clients, I kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations and missed (no-show) appointments will be charged 100% of the service amount.
By booking, you acknowledge and agree that the card on file may be charged in accordance with this policy.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted to remain on schedule. In some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the applicable fee will apply.
Out of respect for this time and space, repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in limited future booking availability.
