CANCELLATION POLICY
- Any canceled/rescheduled appointments within 48 hours of your appointment start time will be charged 50% of the service total.
- Day-of cancellations/no-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.
- Once you are more than 10 minutes late and no point of contact has been made, you will be considered a no-show.
LATE POLICY
- If you're more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and a day-of cancellation fee will apply.
- Service changes will not be made in order to accommodate tardiness.
- If you’re less than 10 minutes late to your service, it will be shortened to end at your originally scheduled end time in order to accommodate other guests in a timely manner.
CREDIT CARD POLICY
- All clients will be required to have an active credit card on file.
- Clients who remove their cards linked to their profile will be contacted to add another card on file. If contact is unable to be made, any outstanding appointments will be canceled.
CHILD POLICY
- For the safety of your children and the relaxation of our guests, we are unable to accommodate children in our clinic.
CELL PHONE POLICY
- Please silence all cellular devices and refrain from taking phone calls in our facility.
