These steps will be followed to ensure client and staff safety:
- Clients will be asked to cancel their appointments if they are ill or have been around anyone who is ill.
- If an illness occurs with COVID symptoms and a cancellation is done, please wait 10 days after the onset of symptoms to reschedule your appointment OR provide a negative COVID test result. Keep in mind that if you are ill with symptoms other than those of COVID, please still reschedule your appointment. There are still other contagious viruses that can be transmitted from client to staff other than COVID. Staff will reciprocate these guidelines
- Clients will be asked to arrive on time to their appointments. A minimum of 30 minutes between each client will be maintained and for that reason it is asked that you do not arrive early. This helps keep lobby occupancy limited
- Aesthetician will be wearing a mask for all services. If you are receiving services in which your chin/lip/cheek areas will not be worked on, please wear a mask
- Aesthetician will be washing hands before and after services. Aesthetician will also sanitize hands throughout treatment
- Treatment room will be thoroughly disinfected after each client using hospital grade disinfectant
- Lobby and restroom will be disinfected regularly paying special attention to areas frequently touched
